General Terms and Conditions – NJQuiz

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply between NJQuiz (hereinafter “we” or “NJQuiz”) and the user (hereinafter “you” or “user”) for the access and use of the services and content offered by NJQuiz. These terms are updated and apply from November 16, 2025. Special conditions for certain services may supplement them (see section 3.2).

To use NJQuiz services, you must create a user account. Only adults with legal capacity may register. Minors may use NJQuiz only with the consent of their parents or legal guardian.

The user account is personal, and the information provided upon registration must be accurate. You are responsible for updating your data and for the security of your password. You are also responsible for any unauthorized use of your account and must immediately report any abuse or loss of password.

Registration via third-party accounts (e.g., Google or Facebook) is not permitted.

NJQuiz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for organizational reasons, service evolutions, or legal requirements. We will inform you in advance by e-mail. You will have the right to withdraw within two months of the notification of the changes, after which the changes will be considered accepted. NJQuiz may close accounts that do not accept the changes. The updated conditions are always available on the NJQuiz website.

2. Service and Contract

NJQuiz services are provided to users residing in the areas where the service is available, as indicated on the site. The services are not intended for resale.

The information on the NJQuiz site is indicative until the confirmation of registration and use of the service. NJQuiz may modify content, quizzes, or features without notice, while ensuring that the quality of the service remains in line with expectations.

The contract is considered concluded upon registration and acceptance of your account by NJQuiz. NJQuiz reserves the right to refuse registrations without providing reasons.

Some additional services, such as subscriptions to premium quiz packages, require the selection of specific options and confirm the commitment to recurring payment until canceled by the user. Premium packages cannot be purchased individually without registration and payment. They are not currently active for standard users.

3. Duration and Termination

The contract between you and NJQuiz is valid until terminated by one of the parties.

Some services may have a limited duration or a predetermined number of quizzes. In these cases, the contract ends upon expiration without automatic renewal.

You can delete your account at any time through the site settings or by sending an email to nikolaeguglea@gmail.com. The cancellation will take effect within 48 hours of the request.

NJQuiz will refund any amounts already paid for services not yet used in case of cancellation.

4. Access and Use

NJQuiz guarantees access to quizzes via the website. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the security of your device.

NJQuiz may limit or suspend access to services in case of rule violations, illegal behavior, fraud, or technical problems.

The risk of data or account loss is transferred to the user. NJQuiz is not responsible for problems arising from improper use or incompatible devices.

5. Clause – Prohibited Content and User Responsibility

The user is solely and fully responsible for the content they enter into the quizzes and other features of the platform. It is strictly forbidden to use the service to create, upload, transmit, or publish content that falls, by way of example and not limitation, into the following categories:

  • Offensive content, including insults, defamation, harassment, or incitement to hatred.
  • Sexual or pornographic content, including explicit references, adult material, or sexual depictions.
  • Discriminatory content, based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other personal characteristics.
  • Violent content, including threats, descriptions of physical violence, or incitement to harmful behavior.
  • Illegal content, including materials promoting criminal activities, use of illegal substances, or regulatory violations.
  • Content that violates third-party rights, such as copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or confidential information.
  • Deceptive or fraudulent content, such as phishing, scams, or deliberately misleading information.
  • Content that includes sensitive personal data of third parties, without explicit authorization.
  • Content harmful to the system, such as malware, malicious scripts, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities.

The user agrees to use the platform in compliance with current regulations and to indemnify the service provider from any liability arising from the content entered. The platform reserves the right to remove, without notice, any content deemed non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Complaints

You can send complaints regarding service malfunctions or technical problems within 7 days of noticing the problem via the appropriate form on the site or by e-mail. NJQuiz will examine each complaint and resolve it within a reasonable time.

NJQuiz may refund or replace any unused premium quiz packages in case of technical problems.

7. Withdrawal

Digital services such as online quizzes are not subject to the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

For additional services purchased such as gift cards or digital packages not yet activated, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the digital product, if not yet used.

8. Pricing and Payment

There are currently no paid services.

9. NJQuiz Credit

NJQuiz may offer credit or bonuses on your account for future use of the services (“NJQuiz Credit”). It does not constitute legal tender or a bank deposit.

The credit can only be used for NJQuiz services and is not transferable.

Promotional credit may have an expiration date indicated at the time of granting. NJQuiz reserves the right to limit or suspend the use of credit for just cause.

10. Content and Liability

NJQuiz quizzes and content are not customized for specific needs or sensitive groups. Some information may not be suitable for all users.

You are responsible for reading the instructions and for the proper use of the service.

NJQuiz is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the service or data loss.

11. Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. You can exercise your rights under the regulation by contacting NJQuiz.

NJQuiz collects data for service management, support, marketing, and legal obligations.

12. Disputes

Any disputes will initially be managed through an attempt at online conciliation. In case of non-agreement, disputes will be referred to the competent court according to Italian law.

13. Applicable Law

The contracts between you and NJQuiz are governed by Italian law.
